THE ROLE The Operations Associate is the operational backbone of our internal systems. You'll manage platform access, support CRM administration, document processes, and ensure our teams have everything they need to work efficiently. This is not a passive support role. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, program delivery, and people operations, and you'll have real ownership over the systems and processes that keep the company running. WHAT YOU'LL DO Systems & Platform Administration - Own day-to-day support for HubSpot, Monday.com, Zapier, BambooHR, Zoom, Trainual, and related platforms - Manage user access across tools — onboarding, role changes, and offboarding - Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate as needed CRM & Data Integrity - Maintain HubSpot organization: contact management, pipeline hygiene, tagging, and workflow upkeep - Monitor data accuracy across platforms and flag inconsistencies proactively Process & Documentation - Build and maintain SOPs for internal workflows and systems - Keep internal documentation current as the company evolves - Route operational requests to the right teams and track resolution Cross-Functional Support - Support marketing, sales, and program delivery with operational and administrative tasks - Provide basic logistics support for internal meetings and group coaching sessions on Zoom

- Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own workload without needing close supervision
- Clear communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams in a remote environment
- U.S. based and authorized to work without sponsorship
- Preference given to individuals with hands-on experience with large language model platforms, specifically Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT models
