• Responsible for driving forecasting accuracy, performance insights, and decision support related to revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and growth initiatives • Partner closely with Accounting, Business Intelligence, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to deliver actionable financial insights • Own ARR governance, revenue forecasting, and SaaS revenue modeling frameworks to support executive and Board-level reporting • Develop and maintain the ARR roll-forward framework used for Executive Leadership and Board reporting • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for revenue, ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention • Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards on revenue KPIs and performance trends • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team

• Own P&L forecasting, monthly revenue projections, and variance analysis specifically for the Mortgage Business Unit. • Build and own dynamic financial models from scratch to project revenue, forecast capacity, and analyze margin impacts. • Provide targeted month-end close execution for the BPM business unit. • Execute core month-end financial tasks, including complex cost allocations, journal entry validations, and detailed report analysis across your assigned business units. • Collaborate directly with department heads to update actuals and build precise projections for revenue, expenses, and capital investments. • Support weekly revenue flash calls by delivering accurate financial data, identifying margin anomalies, and providing actionable business context. • Drive targeted improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A processes and enhance departmental reporting functionality when not engaged in recurring monthly tasks.

• Support the American Cancer Society’s compliance and risk-mitigation activities • Assist with research, documentation, and resource development across regulatory areas • Research and summarize regulatory requirements across U.S. jurisdictions • Conduct content review and clean-up of intranet resource guides • Develop internal training materials • Assist with special projects supporting regulatory event compliance and other compliance needs

• Manage the US GAAP reporting and other external reporting requirements. • Support statutory reporting as needed. • Proactively identify, research, communicate, and resolve complex accounting matters. • Lead policy initiatives, including the implementation of new accounting standards, and ensure global accounting policies are maintained and up to date. • Continuously monitor, document, and communicate new accounting standards to the organization and determine their impact on the company. • Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives ensuring accounting impacts are proactively addressed. • Drive management of valuation exercises, including partnering with 3rd party valuation firms to ensure proper valuation and disclosures. • Support complex areas including, but not limited to, stock-based compensation, warrants, defined benefit pension plan and foreign currency. • Develop a culture of mentorship, continuous improvement, finance transformation, automation, training, and success in the finance organization. • Lead the adoption of Agentic AI to automate Accounting’s workflows.
