The platform makes it easy to stream high-quality video, mix audio remotely, and distribute content via custom streaming apps. BoxCast’s patented streaming protocol ensures reliable delivery even on challenging networks, while features like built-in multi-streaming, automation, and AI simplify the entire broadcasting workflow for organizations of all sizes. About the Role This role is for someone who lives in the pro audio world. BoxCast builds tools for modern live production teams, including Mixing Station Anywhere, our remote mixing product. The primary focus for this role is Mixing Station Anywhere, and it requires a community leader with a deep familiarity with live sound, digital mixing consoles, and the pro audio creator ecosystem. This is not a general community or social media role. While Mixing Station Anywhere is the priority, you will also represent BoxCast’s core streaming platform. BoxCast provides reliable, professional live streaming solutions used by production teams across sports, worship, and live events. You’ll be responsible for connecting the dots between live audio and live streaming, sharing real-world workflows, and positioning BoxCast as part of a complete production stack. If you love connecting with people, sharing ideas, solving problems, and geeking out over mixing consoles and live audio gear, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. What You’ll Do: - Own and grow the Mixing Station Anywhere community across pro audio and social channels - Build and maintain direct relationships with pro audio creators, engineers, and educators - Collaborate with creators to produce authentic content, including demos, tutorials, reviews, and case studies that showcase our tools in real world environments - Act as a credible voice inside audio communities (FOH, worship, touring, broadcast) - Guide and elevate discussions across our communities, ensuring accurate technical information and strong peer to peer engagement - Identify and empower trusted community moderators and champions - Develop programs to recognize, reward, and amplify community champions - Build partnerships with installers, integrators, managed service providers, and educators - Translate real world audio workflows and community feedback into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams - Track and report on community health, growth, and engagement metrics You are a strong fit if you have: - Experience as a live sound engineer - 3+ years of hands-on experience in community management, customer engagement, partner marketing, public relations, or advocacy - 2+ years of experience in the pro audio or music technology industry (working with sound engineers, manufacturers, installers, integrators, or venues) - A ‘figure-it-out’ mindset that drives project execution without a formal playbook - Proven success as a power user on platforms like Reddit, Facebook, Discord - Ability to turn expertise into community building playbooks Not a fit if: - You do not have hands-on experience using Mixing Station - You are new to pro audio or still learning the basics of live sound - You prefer clearly assigned tasks over self-directed relationship building - Your background is limited to moderation or reactive community support This role is built for someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
