• Support customers to maximize the value of Club Prophet Software • Contribute to software analysis and testing • Assist with onboarding new customers ensuring high levels of customer success and satisfaction • Guide customers through the installation & training process • Establish and maintain relationships with customers • Document, analyze, troubleshoot and test software based on user specifications • Provide live chat, email, and phone support • Track interactions and keep customer data organized • Engage existing customers for successful platform adoption • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Experience in a call center is a plus
- Experience in software training is a plus
- Background in networking is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field is desirable
- Excellent writing skills and ability to quickly compose clear and concise answers
- Ability to prioritize and think strategically about processes
- Highly computer literate, technical individual with troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn technical knowledge related to computer system analysis, application development, or software engineering
