• The Citrix Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments that support the organization's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery. • This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of Citrix solutions, collaborates with IT teams to optimize user experience, and supports business continuity through robust system management.

• Design, document, build, operate, and optimize large-scale, highly available, multi-cloud infrastructure and services. • Own and evolve key components of our SaaS platform running on AWS and GCP. • Manage, improve, and scale our observability stack and operational processes. • Analyze performance, usability, and platform stability issues, and propose innovative, long-term solutions. • Identify bottlenecks, manual workflows, and suboptimal processes—and automate them into reliable, measurable systems. • Work on multiple initiatives in parallel while collaborating across teams to establish and promote best practices. • Mature engineering processes from ad-hoc to well-documented, optimized, and repeatable. • Improve the scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability of cloud components.

• Maintain, develop and stabilize AI infrastructure services • Architect and implement foundational services and shared libraries that scale our entire AI infrastructure ecosystem. • Debug complex, non-obvious production issues across application, process, network, and memory layers • Systematically analyze, isolate, and resolve failures in unclear scenarios • Improve observability, profiling, and tracing across services • Work with distributed microservices and internal platforms • Operate and improve systems running on Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm • Support CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI), testing, and security-relevant components • Work with MLflow, Triton, and distributed Python modules

• Make deployments boring (in the best way possible) • Own CI/CD pipelines: optimize build times, improve caching, reduce flakiness • Evolve our Kubernetes (EKS) deployment strategy for reliability and speed • Manage container builds and lambdas • Extend our telemetry with better instrumentation, smarter sampling, and actionable dashboards • Build alerting that catches actual problems and ignores noise • Make the feedback loop from code to production as fast as possible • Improve preview environments, local dev tooling, and testing infrastructure • Eliminate toil and repetitive work through thoughtful automation • Be the engineer who makes other engineers faster
