This role leads staff onboarding, training coordination, and workforce development efforts to ensure employees understand program policies, service delivery expectations, documentation standards, and client engagement practices. The coordinator will manage the organization’s Learning Management System training platform, deliver new employee orientation, and support new staff during their first 30–60 days of employment.
