Role Description Laravel is looking for the next Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our all-remote Laravel Nightwatch and Cloud infrastructure team. For this role, we're only considering applications in the UTC+8 to UTC+12 timezone. This is a limited tenure position with an anticipated end date of June 1, 2027 The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operational leadership of infrastructure services supporting a new, stand-alone laboratory and company wholly owned by Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS). This role plays a key part in building IT capabilities in a new company, operating independently while remaining aligned with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during the build and early operational phases. Reporting to the IT Director, the Senior Manager has primary accountability for infrastructure services delivered through managed service provider relationships, including network, hosting, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and foundational security services. The role ensures infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and compliance required to support laboratory operations, business continuity, and future growth. Working closely with the IT Director, laboratory leadership, cybersecurity, and Mayo Collaborative Services technology partners, the Senior Manager will help establish and mature infrastructure operating practices, including monitoring, incident response, change management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
