Your role in our mission Essential Job Functions - Works in conjunction with the business development team in representing the company's outsourcing capabilities to potential clients. Accompany sales team to client sites, gathers data, provides input and assists in client evaluation. - Structures moderately complex sourcing propositions across processes, applications and infrastructure in conjunction with business strategy. Provides input into pricing of proposition. - Provides complex analysis and documentation of client requirements to provide appropriate data to project development and implementation team for client(s). - Creates complex client-specific process flow charts and templates, manuals, handbooks and other outsourcing documentation. - Identifies metrics to assess outsourcing effectiveness. Summarizes results and prepares reports for management. - Identifies additional product/services opportunities in client organization and follows up with client and/or business development team. - Evaluates current internal processes and maintains currency with industry trends and forecasts. Recommends and implements approved modifications and/or new processes to maintain competitiveness in the industry. - Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. What we're looking for Basic Qualifications - Five (5) years of experience in management consulting and/or business analytics responsibilities on projects of similar scope and complexity. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in health care, business administration, or information technology related field; or four (4) additional years of experience in a similar industry, in addition to the five (5) years of required experience, may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. - Prior experience in human services environments is required. - Demonstrated knowledge of the Contractor’s solution, including having implemented and managed the solution in at least one (1) environment of similar or greater complexity. Other Qualifications - Prior experience in change management. - Excellent communication skills, including strong written communication skills. The pay range for this position is $79,200 - $113,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. About the role We are seeking a detail oriented and disciplined administrator to support and grow our draw function focused on residential real estate lending. You’ll be a part of a fast-paced environment, interacting closely with Tier One’s accounting/finance team and internal lending ops teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up environment, with the ability to scope and execute projects and tasks independently with high attention to detail. You’ll need to have strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This position is responsible for monitoring and processing construction loan draws from loan origination to the completion of the construction project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing the draw requests, budgets and document verifications, scheduling inspections and maintaining accurate records of all draws. The Draw Administrator works closely with the feasibility analyst, borrower, contractor/vendors and inspector to coordinate draw funding. Other duties as assigned. What you'll do 1. Draw Request Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding construction holdbacks and draw processes - Monitor and manage the draws@t1f.com inbox, ensuring timely response to all draw requests 2. Reporting & System Administration - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all draw activity and borrower status - Input and update draw information within internal company systems and servicing platforms - Generate reporting as needed to track construction progress, fund utilization, and draw history 6. Operational & Cross-Functional Support - Support the Controller and Operations team with additional lending, servicing, or administrative projects as needed - Assist with process documentation, workflow improvements, and system updates to enhance efficiency and scalability - Provide reporting and data analysis support related to loans - Step in to support adjacent operational functions during periods of high volume or team growth Required Qualifications - Experience with budgeting, Construction Management and/or Real Estate Development. - 1-2 years of experience as a Draw Administrator preferred. - Prior banking and/or lending support experience preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant job experience preferred. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
