Sales Account Manager
Terabase Energy
• Lead sales of SCADA/PPC products to key EPC and IPP accounts in North America • Support market launch and commercialization of new products and services • Create deep customer relationships for long term sustainable growth. • Lead contract negotiation processes, working with the legal team, to balance Terabase contractual risk with key business metrics. • Guide customers through the sales process, working with Terabase’ technical teams, to solve customer problems and optimize their long-term satisfaction. • Provide feedback to the application, product, engineering, and executive teams to improve Terabase’ products and solutions • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Working knowledge of SCADA/PPC and how it is deployed.
- Agreeable personality, high EQ
- Contracting and negotiation acuity
- Customer-focused mentality with a consultive approach
- Ability to ask for the order and get deals closed.
- Knowledge and familiarity of the utility scale PV industry
- Understanding of Supply / value chains within the industry
- Pre-existing relationships with IPP’s and EPC’s; understanding of who are the key players.
- Ability to sell technical products
- Technical understanding of our products and how/why customers impute value
- Curious, ability to ask questions and provide solutions; comfort with a consultative selling approach
- Hustle – up to 50% travel, build relationships with key accounts from top to bottom; understand our customer’s unique strategies and needs.
- Maturity
- Ability to create relationships and interact with high level customers including C-suite. Ability to add value to an executive conversation.
- Experience negotiating EPC contracts and knowledge of key terms.

Role Description As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Coordinator to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights. Salary: $65,000-$85,000/yr Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Please note: This is a remote position and will require occasional travel.
