Quality Assurance Manager

Leidos

• Ensure quality service is provided to customers through the generation and control of program processes. • Perform internal process audits and facilitate structured improvement activities. • Lead development and implementation of streamlined QMS processes. • Support development of program deliverables tracking and on-time delivery management. • Collaborate with program teams to define and monitor meaningful program performance measures. • Facilitate no-fault root cause analysis investigations and execute a risk-based audit plan.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of experience or a Masters Degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience supporting Software Development Projects (in QA/QC or another capacity).
  • Experience with Agile Principles
  • Experience leading process or continuous improvement programs or initiatives using standard methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, LSS, PDCA, TQM, Kaizen, 5S)
  • Experience with peer reviews
  • Experience with process auditing
  • Experience defining, collecting and analyzing metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and collaborative tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to support limited domestic travel
  • At least 1 year of 100% remote work experience.
