• Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems that power HOA intelligence, compliance, and management workflows • Lead the development of complex, data-heavy user interfaces that help operators understand, act on, and automate HOA-related decisions • Build and evolve backend services and APIs that integrate with internal systems, third-party vendors, and large-scale data pipelines • Partner closely with Product, Operations, and other Business stakeholders to deeply understand real-world pain points and translate them into durable software solutions • Influence technical direction through pragmatic system design, thoughtful tradeoffs, and mentorship of other engineers

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible user interfaces for web applications using modern frontend frameworks and libraries • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into high-quality production-ready UI components • Build reusable, modular UI components and frontend architectures that scale across products and teams • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) • Optimize UI performance, load times, and rendering efficiency • Work with technical staff to analyze UI-related issues and develop effective solutions • Participate in the creation and maintenance of UI documentation and component usage guidelines • Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new or complex UI initiatives • Collaborate with global product management, program management, QA, and technical support throughout the development lifecycle • Translate business and product requirements into technical UI solutions • Communicate effectively and proactively across distributed global teams • Perform active measures to ensure UI functionality, consistency, and visual accuracy • Develop and validate proof-of-concept UI solutions using modern tools and frameworks • Own UI work assignments end-to-end, from design implementation through deployment and ongoing improvements

• Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using React and Node.js. • Design, implement, and optimize backend services and APIs. • Work with PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling and performance tuning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Debug, test, and improve existing features to ensure stability and performance. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices.

• Utilize your advanced skills in modern CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to spearhead the creation of visually captivating and responsive user interfaces for our suite of SaaS products. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product managers and back-end developers, to conceive, implement, and refine user interfaces for our cutting-edge software products. • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience by applying industry best practices and showcasing a profound understanding of user interface design principles (Atomic design, User-Centered design). • Actively engage in the design and usability testing process, identifying points of friction in the user experience and formulating testable ideas to alleviate them. • Work closely with product managers and business analysts to translate design concepts into functional and engaging user interfaces, guiding the process from the design phase through development and testing using industry-standard tools/applications. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end responsive code while adhering to established coding standards. • Maintain a reusable component and graphics library to meet the evolving needs of the product and developers, scaling our existing design system. • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, coupled with modern user interface trends, and incorporating best practices into our projects.
