The Role The Commissioning Sr. Associate is a technical commissioning role responsible for executing tests, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting commissioning plans. This position builds upon the foundation developed in our Commissioning Associate/Field Technician 1 and 2 positions, requiring an increased level of independent work and technical problem-solving. The Commissioning Sr. Associate will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. May work independently, consistently exercising discretion and independent judgment on individual work, or may work under immediate supervision. May serve as lead on routine projects of limited scope. This person will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives. The Field Service Technician is accountable for system installation, commissioning, and customer support. Reviewing and resolving warranty claims and assisting customers with non-warranty issues. The technician is also responsible for supporting services and maintenance of existing systems.
