Product Specialist
CSC Generation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, purchase calls, and product questions related to Euro Style’s furniture and collections. • Guide customers through the buying process by providing expert product knowledge, design-forward recommendations, and comparisons that help close sales. • Support trade clients, interior designers, and high-value customers with personalized service and project-based needs. • Manage custom orders, special pricing requests, and order status updates to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Proactively follow up on inbound leads, abandoned quotes, and past purchasers to drive repeat business and incremental revenue. • Conduct targeted outbound outreach to nurture relationships, re-engage customers, and upsell or cross-sell complementary products. • Partner with marketing to support promotions, launches, and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and strong conversion. • Coordinate with operations and logistics to track priority orders, resolve delivery questions, and escalate issues or claims as needed. • Participate in product launches, trainings, and industry events to stay current on the assortment and strengthen customer credibility.
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to build trust quickly and convert inbound customer interest into closed sales.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience handling custom orders, pricing discussions, and complex product questions.
- A proactive approach to driving revenue through follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Experience using CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and prioritize outreach.
- An interest in furniture, design, or home furnishings, with the ability to translate product features into customer value.
