Responsibilities include: - Managing calendars and scheduling meetings. - Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. - Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Assisting with daily office operations and administrative processes. - Coordinating meeting logistics and documentation. - Providing backup support to front office operations when required. - Providing backup support to correspondence control center operations when required.
