Role Description Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Production Assistant I to join our team. The Document Production Assistant plays a key role in managing and preparing documents within legal, corporate, or administrative environments. This is a remote (work-from-home) position. The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Responsibilities include: - Scanning paper documents to create electronic copies - Printing documents - Data Entry: recording information into the system of record - Electronic filing of electronic documents by transferring data between systems - Document retrieval from electronic databases - Saving, renaming, and redacting files - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy - Comfortable working independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient computer skills including experience in Adobe and Microsoft Office Excel and Word - Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing - Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device - Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule - Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Requirements - Must have a private location within their home free from third parties and household members - Must have stable internet service with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps or any broadband cable access that allows company-issued equipment to connect and operate without disruption - Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security standards - Availability during business hours - Comply with the Firm’s Remote Working Policy Physical Qualifications - Be able to lift five pounds or greater - Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times - Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed - Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Benefits - Medical, vision, and dental insurance - Long-term disability insurance - Life insurance - Compensated time off - Paid holidays - 401 (K) with match
