Role Description SITE Technologies is seeking a Roofing/Facade Trade Expert to join its Trade Experts Team. This role will provide SITE customers with roof and façade assessments using the SITE Platform to deliver proactive, predictive, and actionable insights that support informed decision-making and help extend the service life of their facilities. - Use your strong roofing industry knowledge to perform roof and façade assessment processes on commercial, light industrial, and retail facilities. - Develop and deliver roofing repair recommendations to clients catered to client type. - Apply Condition Index Ratings to Roofs and Facades. - Develop repair budgets ranging from maintenance to capital projects. - Produce reports showing detailed analysis regarding client deliverables. Qualifications - Five or more years of commercial/industrial low-slope roofing related experience specifically providing condition assessments of roof assemblies. - Experience working in different regions throughout the US to have first-hand knowledge of regional nuances of installed roof assemblies. - Familiarity with other components of the building envelope. - Knowledge of the best practices for preventative maintenance as well as capital replacements. - Experience assessing and reporting on the condition of common low-slope roof assemblies (BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, & Standing Seam Systems). - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions that meet the real-world needs of users. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and other office applications. Requirements - Exceptional candidates also have RRO or REWO Designation. - Prior work experience in a firm that specializes in roof and/or façade consulting. - Experience working with regional or national property owner/management firms overseeing their roof program. - Prior experience and/or knowledge of the technology industry preferred. Job Requirements
