Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources.
- In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources.
