Internal AI Automation Lead
Aspire Software
• Embed with business teams to observe manual, repetitive, or high-friction processes • Map end-to-end workflows and identify automation opportunities • Quantify time, cost, and risk reduction potential • Build internal tools using: Python, Node, or similar scripting languages • Integrate with internal systems (CRM, Jira, NetSuite, Teams, etc.) • Deploy secure, production-grade internal automations • Translate messy operational tasks into structured automation logic • Implement human-in-the-loop controls where required
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical operations
- Demonstrated ability to independently ship working automation projects
- Demonstrated ability to ship working agentic AI projects
- Experience building with LLM APIs and modern AI tooling
- Comfortable working across APIs and integrating disparate systems
- Strong understanding of data security and responsible AI use
- Highly self-directed; comfortable operating without detailed requirements

About the Role We are looking for a Board Certified Psychiatrist, who is licensed in the state of California, for a part-time role with our growing clinical team. You will help to supervise a team of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) delivering both asynchronous and synchronous care via telemedicine to a population of adult patients stable on medication and primarily looking to manage their anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication. This is an incredibly flexible job - you decide your hours and shift times.
