• Lead and develop a team of 3 Solutions Engineers across T1-T3 support tiers • Foster a culture of technical excellence, customer empathy, and continuous learning • Drive strategic improvements within Solutions Engineering, including refining and optimizing support operations, SLAs, and escalation processes as Hologram grows • Own and drive improvements to key metrics: response times, resolution rates, CSAT, ticket deflection • Proactively plan and manage workload distribution, and capacity planning across support tiers. • Manage the development and expansion of comprehensive internal and external knowledge bases • Expand and optimize AI support systems' technical knowledge to improve resolution quality and reduce escalations • Analyze support data to identify trends across issue types, customer segments, and support patterns • Translate customer pain points and technical feedback into actionable product improvements • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and close platform gaps • Collaborate with Sales on customer onboarding processes and technical handoffs • Work with Customer Success to improve post-sales lifecycle and reduce time-to-value

• Work with Rockets largest accounts by supporting the sales process as a solution architect covering the entire data eco system, assist with building pipeline and closing strategical projects with Rocket’s customers • Deliver compelling, impactful and influential presentations to CDO, other C level personas and chief data architects to ensure their key considerations are addressed through evidence based, detailed industry knowledge • Master the Rocket data portfolio from a technical standpoint to build confidence in prospects, so that the journey from initial engagement to implementation is clear and in line with business priorities • Lead projects both conceptually and technically through hands-on product expertise • Act as strategical advisor to key accounts running large enterprise mainframe environments • Develop and influence customer data strategy based on extensive industry and technical experience to position Rocket Software as preferred vendor • Build long standing relationships with Rocket’s most valuable customers

• Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical mobility solutions that align with their organizational goals. • Design, configure, and implement enterprise mobility solutions, focusing on mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of mobility solutions with existing IT infrastructure. • Deploy and configure Windows Server VMs running Java-based MDM software in secure, air‑gapped, or private cloud environments. • Troubleshoot complex issues involving performance, stability, networking, and security—both remotely and on-site. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT teams to ensure effective utilization of mobility solutions. • Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guidance, and user manuals. • Evaluate and re-engineer existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards related to enterprise mobility. • **Business Travel requirement: 20% domestic**
