Community Experience Coordinator
Statusphere
• Conceptualize, plan, and lead thoughtful creator relationship touchpoints, including personalized gifts and printed materials for life events, hardships, holidays, and key creator milestones. • Proactively identify and execute creator gifting opportunities to strengthen relationships and foster long-term loyalty. • Own end-to-end execution of creator gifting initiatives, including ideation, design, sourcing, and ordering. • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and budgets for all creator relationship gifts and merchandise to ensure cost-effective and timely execution. • Coordinate with Fulfillment to monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed. • Brainstorm, develop, and lead creator merch initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and community, including merch drops, campaigns, events, contests, and giveaways. • Work with the marketing team to create and manage swag and merchandise materials for Statusphere-hosted and sponsored events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. • Identify opportunities for brand partners to contribute products to creator gifting initiatives, providing creators with merchandise to encourage brand tagging and increase product visibility. • Support and assist with gifts and branded merchandise for Statusphere’s brand contacts as needed, partnering cross-functionally with CS teams to deliver on-brand touchpoints. • Partner with Creator Social and Community teams to design creator merchandise that aligns with Statusphere’s brand, creator needs, and social-sharing potential. • Build and maintain a scalable creator gifting playbook, including guidelines for timing, personalization tiers, and brand standards. • Track and analyze creator engagement, retention, and gifting campaign KPIs, surfacing notable trends that inform community initiatives and drive creator reactivation. • Other duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of influencer, brand advocacy programs, or social media marketing experience, with exposure to curating merch/PR materials, developing influencer gifting, and/or creating experiences end-to-end.
- Familiar with design tools such as Canva (or other platforms) to independently design or communicate design needs for assets.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.

The Community Liaison plays a critical role in expanding access to mental health care by building and maintaining trusted relationships across New York (5 boroughs + Long Island) and New Jersey. This role serves as a bridge between our organization and referral partners, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations, helping ensure individuals have access to timely, high-quality mental health care. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Community Relations, the ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and mission-oriented, with a strong understanding of healthcare and community outreach.
