The role partners with the BI team to define dashboard and scorecard requirements, validate data accuracy, and standardize metric definitions across customer portfolios. Working closely with Customer Enablement Managers and cross‑functional partners, the Analyst translates business questions into KPIs, builds performance narratives, and delivers insights that explain what’s happening, why, and what to do next.
