We’re looking for a Content Manager with a strong copy background to help bring our brand to life through thoughtful, engaging content across our marketing channels. In this role, you will: - Plan, develop, and execute content that connects with customers across their journey—from discovery to retention—while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice. - Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to plan, create, and manage content across campaigns and customer touch points. - Use insights and performance data to continually improve content effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. - 3+ years of professional experience in content marketing, brand communications, or copywriting roles. - Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with marketing, creative, and other stakeholders. - Experience working with content management systems and project management tools (e.g., WordPress, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace). - Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment and take ownership from concept to execution. - Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to inform content decisions. - Understanding of the customer journey and how content supports acquisition, engagement, and retention. Requirements - Experience working with food, DTC, subscription, or lifestyle brands. - Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams. - Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager. - Experience developing brand voice or messaging frameworks. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
