Role Description The Strategy and Operations Analyst will help build and scale a world-class FSC program in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment. What you will own - Performance management: A driver-based quarterly annual budget, and 3-year strategic plan with clear, decision-ready variance explanations and corrective actions. - Reporting: Weekly reporting packages and materials that are accurate, crisp, and insightful. - Modeling: Prepare recommendations for Leadership. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Key responsibilities - Analyze performance, cost drivers and risk indicators. - Structured review of contract SOW inclusions/exclusions. - Build and distribute reporting and insights to FSC program. - Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Account Teams to ensure alignment between actuals, plans, and operational realities. - Leadership ready analytics. - Track execution of initiatives and corrective actions. - Create scalable reporting and analytics using Excel, Power Query, DAX, Power BI, SQL, AI, and Oracle ERP/EPM + operations platform data sources. - Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate analysis. Qualifications - 5-10+ years of operations analysis, business analysis or similar data driven role. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Advanced Excel skills (modeling, speed, structure, auditability) and strong PowerPoint communication. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines with minimal oversight. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management or equivalent in Operations research (preferred). - Power BI (data modeling, DAX), Power Query, SQL; experience building semantic models and scalable reporting (preferred). - Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and EPM experience (preferred).
