Role Description The Assessment Data & Exam Quality Analyst is a vital contributor to academic quality and instructional effectiveness across our nursing and healthcare programs. This role combines data analysis, exam review, and curricular alignment to ensure that course assessments are valid, secure, and instructionally sound. The analyst supports continuous improvement through evidence-based reporting, collaboration with Academics and instructional designers, and the use of advanced assessment tools. Exam Quality & Content Review - Conduct detailed reviews of exams to evaluate clarity, alignment to outcomes, and appropriate level of difficulty. - Ensure each assessment fits within the scope and sequence of the program. - Maintain version control and documentation of all exam revisions. Assessment Data Analysis - Perform psychometric analysis on exam items (e.g., difficulty index, discrimination index, KR-20). - Identify trends across cohorts, courses, and outcomes to guide data-informed academic decision-making. Aggregate Reporting & Benchmarking - Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports summarizing exam performance and category-level analytics. - Deliver clear, actionable insights to Academics and leadership. - Use internal benchmarks and external frameworks (e.g., NCLEX domains) to contextualize performance. Collaboration with Academics - Partner with Academics and instructional designers to revise, replace, or create high-quality exam questions. - Support item writing best practices and foster a positive, feedback-rich exam development culture. Exam Integrity & Security - Monitor exam delivery protocols and collaborate on best practices for test security. - Support the use of secure exam platforms and proctoring tools, including lockdown environments and randomized assessments. Technology & Tools - Assessment platforms: ExamSoft, Questionmark, or similar. - LMS tools: Canvas quiz analytics, Respondus LockDown Browser, or other proctoring tools. - Data & analysis tools: Excel (advanced), Tableau, Power BI, or statistical packages like R/SPSS. - Question development platforms: Item banks, blueprinting tools, and tagging systems aligned with learning outcomes or licensing standards (e.g., NCLEX). Other duties as assigned. The annual pay range for this position is $70k (minimum), $82k (midpoint), and $95k (maximum). Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget. Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Educational Measurement, Instructional Design, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in academic assessment, instructional evaluation, or exam quality assurance; minimum 5 years of experience preferred. - Strong understanding of assessment design, learning outcome alignment, and psychometric analysis. - Experience with LMS platforms and assessment analytics. Position Summary The Data Operations Analyst is a technical role responsible for ensuring the stability, accuracy, and efficiency of our core data pipelines and operational processes. This individual uses technical skills to manage data flows, troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and support continuous improvement. This role serves as a critical link between our Data and Delivery teams, translating data into actionable insights and robust processes that support program delivery and other operations. The focus of this position is on the execution and maintenance of existing data processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities - Core Responsibilities: - - Run predefined Python scripts and notebooks in Databricks for routine tasks. - Perform regular data uploads to Salesforce using tools like Data Loader, ensuring accuracy. - Write basic SQL queries to extract data and answer routine business questions. - Handle first-tier data-related inquiries and support tickets from the Delivery team. - Assist in the documentation of operational processes. - Lead Generation Management & Support: Perform weekly manual reviews of sites to ensure pipeline replenishment.
