• Perform and direct complex design of ductwork, piping and equipment selection for plumbing and fire protection systems for large scale size buildings. Able to work independently in all Mechanical disciplines with no oversight or guidance. As necessary assist with HVAC Designs. • Oversee, guide, mentor and provide technical leadership to designers and engineering team. • Direct the work of less experienced staff including the development and presentation of annual performance reviews. • May serve in the QAQC process and an independent reviewer. • Interface effectively with clients and members of the design team. • Oversee the use of engineering complexities related to the use Energy Model software. • Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings of plumbing and fire protection systems from schematic design to construction administration phases including layout, sketches and detail drawings as required. As necessary perform Revit/BIM modeling HVAC systems. • Specify equipment such as water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water softeners and pumping equipment. • Review and accept selective shop drawings for compliance of specifications and contract documents. • Interface effectively with clients and members of the project team and attend Owner, Architect, Construction Administration (OAC) meetings with an understanding and focus on the project budget. • Participate or lead value engineering sessions with Architectural/Engineering team. • Recommend improvements with reference standards and processes to improve quality, coordination, and to streamline production efforts. • Conduct staff development activities including work planning, budget development, scheduling in conjunction with the Project Manager. • Respond to RFI’s and review of change orders in the preparation of construction documents. • Represents company in project activities; directs activities of project team members; represents company in business development and marketing activities. May serve on internal and/or professional committees. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Own campaigns end-to-end: from building company/lead lists, enrichment, scoring, and messaging, to final execution. • Orchestrate outreach across email and LinkedIn using Smartlead, LinkedHelper, HeyReach, and Clay. • Build highly personalized value propositions that resonate with ICPs. • Set up and manage domains, mailboxes, and sending infrastructure for large-scale campaigns. • Apply email deliverability best practices to maximize inbox placement and engagement. • Ensure LinkedIn outreach follows platform best practices for reach and safety. • Use scraping tools (or custom Python scripts if needed) to gather high-quality lead data. • Run enrichments at scale and maintain data accuracy and cleanliness across systems. • Build precise, detailed prompts for lead qualification, enrichment, and follow-ups. • Use LLMs and agentic AI systems to create personalized campaign messaging. • Continuously refine prompts and workflows to improve accuracy and relevance. • Own and maintain the master contact database, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and structure. • Manage and update the Do-Not-Contact (DNC) list across systems to safeguard compliance and avoid reputation risks. • Monitor deliverability risks and proactively adjust infrastructure to maintain inbox placement and outreach safety. • Oversee the overall health of outbound infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience. • Build workflow automations across the GTM stack to save time and scale campaigns. • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality are met. • Measure and optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion.

• Serve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CyberArk Privileged Access Management. • Provide technical leadership and end-to-end ownership of the CyberArk platform. • Help lead the daily operations, maintenance, and strategic growth of our CyberArk platforms. • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver secure, resilient PAM capabilities. • Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and drive platform improvements. • Own the health, availability, performance, and security posture of the CyberArk platform. • Define, document, and enforce platform standards and guardrails for privileged access. • Drive automation and self-service enablement to streamline privileged account onboarding. • Lead complex CyberArk integrations with operating systems, databases, and cloud platforms. • Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex production incidents and participate in incident forums. • Mentor and coach junior engineers, elevating platform capability across the team. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and present strategies to stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, architecture, security, and application teams to deliver a reliable and resilient identity platform at global scale. • Take ownership of platform enhancements, global changes, and operational outcomes. • Design, implement, and maintain SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations to enable secure Single Sign-On (SSO) across enterprise applications. • Serve as a senior escalation point for critical, high-severity authentication and SSO incidents. • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Ping platform health, availability, and performance. • Drive continuous improvement through automation of recurring operational tasks and enhancement of platform reliability and scalability.
