Partner Relationship Manager III What we need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Relationship Manager III within our Partner Sales division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is a remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for revenue production through our channel partner program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an active partner program, presenting Corpays solutions to prospective partners, signing new partners and driving incremental revenue. You will work with other members of the Strategic Partners Group to help design the optimal partnership structure for each new partner. You will report directly to VP Relationship Management and regularly collaborate with the Marketing, Credit & Payments Modification Team. How We Work As a Partner Relationship Manager III, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: - Home office set up - Company-issued equipment + remote access - Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Job Duties: - Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new partners. - Track all pipeline activity in Salesforce.com - Provide monthly updates on pipeline progress - Present our solutions to prospective partners. - Clearly articulate the value prop - Identify the optimal partnership structure for each new partner - Develop, in partnership with marketing, materials, content and training to help communicate value prop - Gain a full understanding of our offerings - Negotiate contracts; can be complex in some cases - Ensure the agreement provides meaningful value for all parties - Drive sales/referrals from Partner to sales to drive incremental revenue - Assist partner with initial training or sales calls if necessary - Build and co-create with partner marketing plans and tactics that deliver leads - Help create a foundation that partner can build on - Stay abreast of any changes within the corporate payments space and with Corpay’s broader product offerings - Provide management with monthly updates on pipeline and progress of won deal Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s Degree - Corporate payments experience - 10+ client management or sales experience handling complex clients maintaining positive relationships - Experience selling to all levels of relationships with corporate clients – especially C-suite - Ability to develop and maintain a pipeline (in Salesforce.com) - Proven track record of solid results against goals/plan - Strong organizational, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills - A passion for the activity needed to excel - Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision - Travel required (approx. 25%) Benefits & Perks - Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire - Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) - Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide - Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time - Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) - Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations - Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
