Traveling Industrial Electrical Foreman – National Projects
Dubak Electrical Group
• Responsible for the on-site management of assigned construction projects and field personnel. • Lead a team of up to three apprentices and/or ten Journeyman Electricians. • Establish performance goals and review project documents, plans, and specifications. • Apply effective and quality electrical techniques to maximize performance. • Resolve conflicts related to construction and personnel concerns. • Conduct Daily Safety Huddles and ensure the safety of all employees on the project. • Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment.
Job Requirements
- Industrial Electrical Foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
- High regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
