Job Summary: Pumpkin is seeking a Claims Processor who will report to the Supervisor, Claims. The Claims Processor is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims. This role also determines policy coverage for the claimed loss and appropriate compensation amount. Job Location: Remote- USA Main Responsibilities: - Works closely with veterinary hospitals, and policyholders to evaluate and review a pet’s medical history to determine a baseline of health. - Investigates and processes assigned insurance claims, verifies coverage, and compensation amounts, per insurance policy. - Updates Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pays and closes claim. - May order medical records from providers. - May communicate with clients and providers during treatment. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Summary The Supervisor, FHA Claims is responsible for the coordinating, monitoring and management of the Claims staff which includes Post Sale Specialists and/or Claim and Servicing Specialists. Summary The Specialist, FHA Conveynce is responsible for a range of tasks, monitoring an assigned portfolio of loans, from foreclosure sale to the filing of the Part A Claim. This includes RRC (Redemption, Ratification and Confirmation) monitoring, ICC follow-up, title updates, utility/HOA payments, and monitoring for conveyance extensions through the actual conveyance of the property, to HUD.
