HOW A BILLINGS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Performs analysis and administration of billing systems and applications - Cross-functional Projects & Contracts. - Customer support and ServiceNow administration for all Billings, Projects, Contracts, Reporting and Cost/Revenue tickets. - Business analysis and IT interface for business needs and application changes. - Updates and modifies training materials and communicates system changes to end users - Support to systems governance, including governance meetings, enhancement tracking, documentation, and communications. - Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections, reconciliation. - Support integration and upgrade projects and initiatives, including testing support, documentation updates, communications, and training. - Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers or external audit teams. - Support team training for specific topics and issues. - Collaborate with other departments (AR, Compliance, GL, Project Cost) to ensure accurate billing. - Weekend and month-end processing support, including 4-5 weekends per year and at least 1 month-end. The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $69,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Role Description The Billing Supervisor leads the PNW Energy Billing team ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and receiving activities.
