GENERAL SUMMARY Under general supervision and reporting to the Payroll Manager, The Payroll Administrator is responsible to perform all activities necessary for multi-state US and international hourly and salaried payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments. The Payroll Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, resolving payroll-related issues, and driving process improvements within the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UKG and UKG’s Workforce Management system and a strong attention to detail. The Fine Print (That Really Matters) At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $60,000 - $65,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
