As a second-line analyst and coordinator, you’ll investigate complex alerts, align with customers and site teams, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated to senior experts when needed. - Start by surveying asset health dashboards, reviewing ultrasonic, vibration, and lubricant condition data from remote sensors. - Drill into anomalies, identify risk patterns, and shape proactive maintenance plans that cut downtime, reactive labor, and failures. - Host recurring cadence calls; respond to inbound and escalated questions via phone and platform messages; loop in Senior Condition Monitoring Experts for high-complexity cases. - Turn analytics into action: craft asset health reports, summarize technical findings, and document probable root causes for stakeholders. - Guide frontline technicians in real time—coaching troubleshooting steps, data collection methods, and on-the-job corrective actions. - Support “first-pass” program launch: verify device installations, validate data quality, and share initial insights from newly monitored equipment. - Lead customer trainings focused on interpreting monitoring outputs and selecting effective corrective actions. - Follow through with excellent service—ad hoc updates, scheduled touchpoints, and collaboration on cost-savings calculations and continuous improvement ideas. Qualifications - Associate degree (or equivalent technical school) plus 4 years relevant experience; or a comparable mix of education and experience. - Hands-on familiarity with industrial manufacturing and predictive maintenance practices. - Deep knowledge of machine diagnostics and complex operating systems. - Outstanding communication and customer-service skills. Requirements - Progress toward NDT Level I in Ultrasound, Thermography/Infrared, and Vibration. - ISO CAT I in Lubrication/Oil Analysis. - ISO CAT II in Vibration. Physical Demands & Work Environment This role regularly requires standing, walking, manual dexterity with hands and fingers, reaching, kneeling/crouching, and clear verbal/hearing communication. You’ll frequently use a telephone with a headset for live troubleshooting, work at a keyboard and computer to document tickets, and occasionally operate standard office equipment. You may at times lift or move more than 30 pounds. Periods of extended sitting and tasks requiring close and color vision may occur. Work is typically performed in a business office with moderate noise.

The Large Bank Data Analytics Internal Audit Senior Consultant will be an experienced, self-motivated professional interested in joining our expanding internal audit team. This position has limited travel. This primarily responsibilities include leading Data Analytics Consulting engagements, providing critical solution development across a broad portfolio of external clients. You retain a combination of functional knowledge and execution skills in leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, SAS and other like products. You will be responsible for: - Interface and communicate with subject matter experts of varied backgrounds, including c-suite executives, to properly assess data analytics requirements and execution strategy. - Conducting fieldwork, preparing workpapers to support conclusions, discussing findings and observations with management, and preparing written reports of various types and formats. - Involved in providing clients with advice to improve and optimize internal controls, enhance and transform internal audit approach and methodologies and performing risk assessments. - Conduct a thorough review of the code to ensure it aligns with its intended purpose and offer a credible challenge where necessary. - Utilize SQL, SAS, or Python to clean, transform, and integrate large and diverse data sources. - Perform ad-hoc data analysis using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx or Python. - Create visually stunning and salient reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau (additional tools are a major plus). - Possess effective writing and communication skills for audiences of diverse business and technical backgrounds - Balance multiple projects with attention to detail while meeting deadlines Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required. - 3+ years’ experience of working in financial institutions, Big 4 or equivalent, or regulatory supervisory of financial institutions. - 3+ years of advanced experience with SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, SAS, Python or like toolset - 3+ years of experience in creating dashboards and deploying to clients using Tableau (or Power BI) - Exposure to larger financial institutions ($100 billion and up) preferred. - Prior experience should include progressive responsibilities, including supervising and reviewing the work of others, and project management, including self-management of simultaneous work-streams and responsibilities. - Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension both formally and informally to our clients and our teams, in a variety of formats and settings, including in interviews, meetings, calls, e-mails, reports, process narratives, presentations, etc. - Internal control design and effectiveness understanding. - Willingness to travel up to 25%.
