The Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of technology and business initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with the IT Project Playbook, while driving accountability across cross‑functional teams. Duties include but are not limited to: Project & Program Planning - Create clear program and project scopes, objectives, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps to ensure alignment across stakeholders. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, milestones, resource assignments, and dependencies. - Define and manage project charters, including scope, assumptions, risks, resource needs, budget, and success metrics. - Establish and maintain appropriate governance and committee structures, including Steering Committees and working teams. - Ensure effective resource allocation in collaboration with functional and delivery leaders. Governance, Methodology & Change Control - Ensure strict adherence to the IT Project Playbook, including management of all required deliverables from cross functional teams (e.g., requirements, design artifacts, test plans, training plans, and communications). - Manage change requests, performing impact analysis and ensuring formal Steering Committee review and approval prior to execution. - Facilitate governance meetings, prepare materials, document decisions, and track approvals and follow up actions. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting - Provide regular, accurate project status updates covering milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and overall health. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Planview, ensuring it serves as the single system of record for project reporting. - Actively manage stakeholder expectations, resolve concerns, and align priorities and tradeoffs.
