Senior Client Project Manager

• Serve as the senior client-facing lead for asset management and EMR initiatives, building trusted partnerships and guiding program execution • Lead complex programs focused on asset data integrity, CMMS/CCMS system optimization, and lifecycle management strategies • Translate client operational and maintenance goals into structured project plans that align field activities, asset data, and system requirements • Oversee performance tracking, dashboards, and reporting to provide clear visibility into asset condition, system readiness, and project progress • Identify risks related to data quality, system integration, and operational readiness, implementing proactive solutions to maintain accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align asset management initiatives with regulatory, operational, and digital transformation goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
- Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
- Proven success managing major clients and complex, high‑value project portfolios
- Strong business development acumen with experience expanding client relationships and account growth
- Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and client relationship management skills
- Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Clear, adaptable communicator with strong executive presence
- Collaborative, team-focused mindset with the ability to drive work to completion with urgency
- Ability to travel as needed; consulting experience highly preferred
- PMP preferred
