Email Lifecycle Marketer

Formula Fig

• Design, build, audit, and optimize Klaviyo lifecycle automations that drive appointment bookings, membership retention, and eCommerce revenue. • Build lifecycle flows currently missing from the Formula Fig ecosystem. • Create automated retention, re-engagement, win-back, onboarding, and cross-sell programs. • Build and optimize appointment-focused lifecycle flows including welcome journeys, lead nurturing, booking conversion, and reactivation campaigns. • Conduct a full audit of existing live flows to ensure proper functionality, segmentation accuracy, and brand alignment. • Create and maintain customer segments supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives. • Establish reporting frameworks across appointments, memberships, and eCommerce. • Monitor flow performance, conversion rates, deliverability, and revenue attribution. • Coordinate copy, creative, and content requirements required to launch automations.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing advanced Klaviyo lifecycle programs.
  • Experience with MindBody Online’s Marketing Suite.
  • Proven experience developing flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices and customer journey design.
  • Demonstrated success improving customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle revenue.
  • Experience building win-back, onboarding, renewal, cross-sell, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of subscription or membership-based business models.
  • Experience working with customer data, integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation strategy, and attribution reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
