We’re looking for a Data Onboarding Technician to join our team; the Data Onboarding Technicians are pivotal in closing the gap between our customers, implementers, and our data engineering teams. A bit more about the role, you will: - You'll be partnering with our implementation teams, driving data conversion tasks required to help customers onboard to our products - You'll directly engage with customers in the onboarding process to gain remote access to systems and grab data - Monitor conversions and self-sufficiently prioritise and organise tickets, complete work, document actions taken, and transition tickets while working closely with our Scrum Master - Ensure that our PM tool and Jira are kept in sync to ensure timely completion of data tasks.
