• You’ll partner with Heads of Engineering, Staff Engineers, Product and Platform to define and drive the end-to-end system architecture spanning eCommerce, post‑purchase, manufacturing and data. • You’ll be accountable for architectural outcomes, migration strategy and enabling product engineering to ship safely at pace.

• Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy • Lead the roll-out of new Absence and Time Tracking functionality for existing Workday clients • Solve complex issues from tangled calculation tags to misfiring accrual rules • Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring effective leverage of new Abs/TT features

• Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration • Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements • Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge

• Define and maintain enterprise-level UI architecture frameworks and design standards across multiple programs • Collaborate with UX, product, and systems engineering teams to translate mission requirements into intuitive user experiences • Architect and implement secure, performant, and modular front-end solutions that align with DoD cybersecurity and accessibility requirements (Section 508) • Develop and manage design systems, reusable component libraries, and UI pattern repositories for consistent product delivery • Conduct front-end design reviews, provide technical oversight, and ensure adherence to development best practices • Integrate with back-end APIs and data services to support real-time visualization and situational awareness applications • Make recommendations and prepare milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations of design concepts/integration to colleagues, subordinates and end-user representatives • Mentor front-end developers and promote modern engineering practices across teams • Support compliance with DISA STIG standards • Communicates architectural direction to executives, government stakeholders, and engineering teams • Advocate for user-centered design principles and technology modernization
