• Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy • Lead the roll-out of new Absence and Time Tracking functionality for existing Workday clients • Solve complex issues from tangled calculation tags to misfiring accrual rules • Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring effective leverage of new Abs/TT features
