We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join us to provide the executive administrative support for four (4) commercial leaders within the United States. This role will report to the Central Area Vice President/GM and be a part of a very dynamic team within North America. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the U.S. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Manage executive calendars, handle travel arrangements, and complete monthly expense reporting. - Assist with Town Halls and presentations, maintain email distribution lists, and update organizational charts. - Reconcile budgets, process invoices, support vendor relationships, and organize leadership events including logistics and supplies. The selected candidate will possess the following: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) with strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently, including calendar management and effective time prioritization. - Demonstrated experience in travel planning, vendor communication, and participation in budgeting and cost center management. The essential requirements of the job include: - Associate’s degree (or equivalent) plus 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
