Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with healthcare experience to help build reliable, high-quality software. • Work with the entire team to ensure we are delivering the highest quality software we can, with an emphasis on improved engineering flow • Work closely with developers to provide early feedback on new features, their functionality and usability • Develop and maintain the test approach for your designated areas of the product • Solve technical problems and help the team to solve their technical problems • Drive the development team towards continuous improvement and higher quality • Communicate with peers and teams across Unity to ensure a quality end-to-end experience of all deliverables • Collect and share relevant accomplishments or metrics with local and global teams as needed

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing • Develop scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure test coverage across microservices and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Validate and query data across SQL and NoSQL databases for test data setup and troubleshooting • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks • Advocate for testability, quality, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle

• Assisting and in organizing and facilitating strategic program creation • Providing in-depth analysis on current processes and implementation • Assisting in researching and compiling appropriate and relevant data and feedback for risk activities • Performing QA audits on completed prospective and concurrent reviews of inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory and ancillary services • Developing and delivering targeted education for the team related to policies, procedures, benefits when appropriate • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of business, products, corporate organizational structure • Performing quality audits on calls • Assisting in monitoring initiatives, outcomes, and objectives to ensure goal attainment • Developing lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to management via reports/presentations • Assisting leadership by investigating, reviewing, and recommending innovative solutions • Assisting in identifying resolution of challenges and issues to fulfill key corporate objectives
