• Build and maintain the financial structure across the MSO and multiple state medical groups (GA, MI, MO, etc.) • Own the migration from QuickBooks Online to a multi-entity accounting system • Partner closely with the Practice Manager to align RCM operations with financial reporting • Manage Belle’s financial forecast model for growth, staffing, cash flow and new markets • Oversee financial operations across all entities (Ramp Treasury accounts, intercompany transfers, payroll entity separation) • Maintain GAAP-compliant financials across all entities • Initially run point as a one-person department (with bookkeeper + PM support)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records • Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card statements • Monthly close and financial reports • Keep documentation organized and audit-ready • Track incoming payments and outstanding invoices • Follow up on overdue accounts and flag inconsistencies • Ensure revenue is properly recorded and allocated • Support cash flow visibility through clear AR tracking • Track bills, expenses, and vendor payments • Schedule and process payments on time • Verify invoices and match them with approvals • Maintain vendor records and payment history • Support the CEO with reports and requests • Help improve and document financial processes • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all records

• Real Estate Market & Investment Analysis: conduct research on real estate markets in the US, Latvia, and other countries, including collecting and updating data on property prices, rental rates, taxes, market dynamics, and yields. Monitor key economic drivers (FX rates, inflation, interest rates, regulations), prepare comparative analytical reports, and evaluate potential investment projects through market assessment, model assumptions review, scenario analysis, and investment feasibility • Asset Valuation & Portfolio Management: analyze the company’s existing real estate portfolio, assessing profitability, payback periods, and operating expenses. Support decisions related to asset acquisition, disposal, leasing, or redevelopment. Calculate ROI, IRR, and other performance indicators, and maintain dashboards tracking portfolio metrics • Financial Modeling: build and maintain financial models for real estate assets, including revenue, cost, and return projections. Prepare scenario-based calculations to support strategic decision-making • Reporting & Cross-Functional Communication: prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management. Collaborate with internal real estate teams, as well as legal, accounting, and finance departments, and external advisors on transactions and valuations. Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Supporting Investment & Strategic Decisions: provide data-driven insights and recommendations for investment opportunities, asset optimization, and long-term portfolio strategy based on comprehensive financial and market analysis.

• Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to support growth and resource planning. • Partner closely with the executive team as the day-to-day finance lead, translating strategy into clear financial plans and decision-ready insights. • Build and own financial models and reporting that inform executive decisions, product investment, organizational tradeoffs and as needed fundraising scenarios. • Own day-to-day financial operations, including A/P, A/R, employee reimbursements, corporate cards, cash movement, and monthly close. • Prepare monthly financial reporting for the executive team and support quarterly board and investor reporting. • Strengthen financial controls and approval workflows across contracts, spend, and payments, serving as the internal point of accountability. • Manage and hold accountable external partners (controller, bookkeepers, tax advisors), providing direction and pushing back when needed. • Develop team-, product-, and revenue-level reporting to improve visibility into performance, unit economics, cost of sales, and sales efficiency.
