TEKsystems is actively hiring for Health Insurance Quality Assurance Specialists for a renowned health insurance company in Minnesota! **Fully Remote Non-IT Position** Start Date: May 4th Description This role will have the responsibility of quality testing all of the benefit plans . They will work in tandem with the Account Install Specialist team as they build the plan. This person will then be working within a few systems to make sure the plan is built out correctly and to the specs of the client. If the plan is missing something or plan is built incorrectly they will then work with their counterpart in the AIS group to get it fixed. The most common issues they find are deductibles and out of pockets not being set up correctly, mail pricing being different etc. This role has a very high level of attention to detail, there is no phone work. They may communicate internally back and forth with their team / AIS reps but that will be it. They will have a scorecard once out of training and will be expected to work 25 plans a week. This is a non-IT position. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum requirements: - Two or Four year degree required (Preference given to Math, Biology, business, healthcare admin, or History degrees. Heavy research experience) - 1 year of Excel experience (No V lookups or Pivot Tables) Preferred experience: - 3+ years of health care insurance experience. - Knowing medical terminology, deductible, copay, provider language will help them stand apart. - Experience in a production based environment is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. • Support development and implementation of ASME N-Certificate and ASME Owner (OWN) Certificate as defined in ASME BPVC Section III, NCA and Division 5, 2025 Edition. • Review of customer and regulatory contracts and develop baseline requirements matrix/documents. • Interface with customer and supplier QA representatives and provide solutions to technical and complex ASME compliance issues. • Responsible for the review of internal and external design drawings, specifications, test plans/procedures, and other technical documents for QA. • Evaluate and qualify (audit/CGD) suppliers and partners. • Plan and perform commercial grade item (CGD) surveys of commercial suppliers. • Support Engineering with the development and implementation of Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) plans. • Coordinate and host Customer and Regulator audits, surveillances and visits. • Review and revise QA processes and procedures. • Plan and perform Supplier and Internal Audits as a certified Lead Auditor (ATL). • Knowledge and participation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Continuous Improvement, Lessons Learned/Operational Experience and Risk Management processes. • Review quality affecting procedures (engineering, procurement, document control, records, testing, etc.) to ensure program compliance. • Review procurement specifications, purchase orders, contracts, task orders and agreements and flow-down applicable quality assurance requirements in Orders/Contracts. • Review design drawings, specifications, test plans/procedures, and other technical documents for quality assurance requirements using a graded approach to quality when applicable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing scenarios based on business requirements. • Develop and execute test plans and test cases, focusing on both manual and automated testing. • Implement the Test Pyramid in our testing strategy. • Perform manual and automation testing. • Utilize Cypress for end-to-end tests and Postman for API tests. • Experience with BDD with Gherkin • Experience working in a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and continuous delivery • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions delivered to clients • Design, execute, and automate test cases to validate new implementations, upgrades, and production support enhancements • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, validate requirements, and ensure that deliverables meet functional, clinical, and performance expectations • Conduct thorough test result reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency before client release • Participate in requirement and design review sessions for new implementations, upgrades, and KP upsells • Act as a direct and reliable partner to Payment Accuracy Advisors (PAA), Business Analysts (BA), Service Operations (SIOps), and Engagement Managers (EM) • Provide input into QA strategy improvements, process enhancements, and automation frameworks • Lead change management efforts, communicating rationale and benefits of adjustments to both internal teams and customers • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence • Contribute to the refinement of QA documentation, methodologies, and automation processes
