Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Manager or in a similar IT support role, preferably within the construction or services sector.
- Strong knowledge of help desk software and remote access tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and internal clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach to technical issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various operating systems and IT technologies.

This exciting customer-facing Technology Architect role will work in partnership with our Sales, Solution Engineering & Customer Success Executives, leading innovative conversations that help shape the growth of our enterprise customers. Technology Architects design and architect solutions utilizing our technology services platform.
