PeopleSoft Technical Lead
Accenture Federal Services
• Define tasks for project team members, monitor and direct team members, and interface with other project managers • Defect evaluation and repair, perform corrective actions to applications as required • Determine deliverables to be produced during the system development lifecycle for discrete projects and review critical deliverables • Deliver enhancements and fixes to meet business/user requirements, identify and resolve business issues • Familiar with software development methodologies and the use of CASE tools • Identify risks / issues affecting work progress • Report workplan status • Measure progress and update plans as appropriate • Perform loading of resources to workplan tasks • Assess feasibility of applications for given architectures with proven technology • Identify project key stakeholders and understand their goals and expectations of the project. • Ensure goals and expectations are in alignment with project scope and priority. • Confirm the approach to assess the stakeholder goals and expectations throughout the project. • Confirm the project organization structure and clarify the project governance roles and responsibilities. • Plan the project upon confirmation of scope and responsibilities of all parties involved. If multi locations, ensure there are work packages with clearly define deliverable responsibilities and completion schedules. • Confirm project resources. • Integrate project work plan with inputs from teams. • Confirm delivery and management processes and tools and launch project.
