As a Sales Development Representative at Dscout, you will work with some of the most innovative companies in the world, equipping them with an experience research solution they need to make a real impact in the lives of their customers. You will build our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective dscout customers. You will run outreach campaigns, qualify leads and partner with our Account Executives to understand the prospects user research pain points and the value of a partnership with dscout can provide them. Once you’re in the role, you may have opportunities for multiple career paths in later years, such as continuing as an individual contributor by moving into an Account Executive or Account Management role, or moving into management. What You Will Do: - Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media), manage inbound leads from marketing channels, and research prospects to prioritize leads based on ideal customer profiles and discovered needs. - Sales Process Advancement: Collaborate with account executives and the marketing team to overcome objections, create positive prospect experiences, and advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline, while consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals. - Strategic Contribution: Develop a deep understanding of the industry and product use-cases, provide regular feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and conversions, and contribute to strategies for penetrating existing and new markets.
