• Help members of the leadership/executive team obtain more leverage in their day -- serve as a first communication stop/gatekeeper as needed. • Strategic and proactive management of complex and varying day-to-day schedules, using Google Calendar and Google suite. • Coordinate with external partners (including Paradigm support) on office-related needs. • Travel coordination -- air, ground, hotel and all accommodations. • Perform an extensive array of core administrative tasks (e.g., preparing meeting materials, contributing to our internal database, chasing down signatures) and ad hoc special projects. • Plan and execute both internal and external Tempo meetings and events. • Ensure the office runs smoothly with minimal overhead as the team grows. • Help support the Legal and People Teams with building systems and managing workflows. • Handle expenses, reimbursements, and administrative workflows. • Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and help push projects across the finish line.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience -- ideally direct executive admin support with experience supporting multiple leaders in early stage or growth-stage startups.
  • Evidence of grit: the ability to adapt and overcome in rapidly changing situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; diplomatic and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Fluent in Google office platforms and Microsoft Office, with a proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders, functions, and tasks.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion.
