Integrations Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service. Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and implement different Workday Integrations based on client and vendor business requirements. - Conduct working sessions with clients and vendors to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and⁄or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements. - Assist clients in testing Workday Integrations, provide knowledge transfer to clients and develop documentation as applicable. - Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs. - Collaborate effectively on team-based projects. - Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively. - Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed quickly and accurately. - Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision. - Frequently discuss and communicate to clients' lessons learned from previous experience, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View. Ensure clients understand and take advantage of best practices. - Complete deliverables within prescribed timelines. Ask for support and direction and⁄or report status/escalate to appropriate team members as necessary. - Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve client needs.Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository through formal and informal avenues (ex: Q&A, documented deliverables, facilitation of Workday knowledge sharing sessions, regularly posting best practices, etc). - Provide guidance and coaching to team members in area(s) of expertise. - Meet key performance indicators set for this role (ex: utilization target, service level agreements, customer satisfaction scores, etc). - Demonstrate Kognitiv's core value, "act like an owner", in all aspects of work. Qualifications - 2+ years' experience with Workday Integrations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services. - Experience building Workday Studio integrations as well as an understanding of Workday security, SOAP and REST APIs. Familiar with all integration types and ability to build across types.(EIB'S, Connectors, Studio). - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. - Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. - Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities. - Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships. - Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals. - Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday. - Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. - Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. - Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
