Job Requirements

- 5+ years of vendor-side ownership of enterprise implementations
- 5+ years managing cross-functional and project-specific teams in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical architecture and operational execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Technical fluency in enterprise integrations including APIs, SFTP, flat file transfers, and SQL
- Familiarity with AI and LLM applications within technology-enabled service environments
- Experience designing implementation processes, documentation standards, and scalable delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate solutions across diverse internal and external constituencies
