Job Description: The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in delivering CSI’s digital banking and Apiture product solutions to new and existing financial institution clients. This role blends customer-facing project coordination with hands-on configuration, data validation, and go-live support. You will serve as a liaison between CSI, Apiture, and client banks, ensuring smooth implementations, program upgrades, conversions, and technical changes that require fewer complex solutions. In this role, you will: You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, drive timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver an implementation experience that is capable, committed, composed, and compassionate. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Introduce CSI digital banking & Apiture solutions and define implementation and configuration requirements. - Conduct data-gathering meetings to clarify data movement, application setup, and configuration. - Execute project plans, tasks, schedules, and milestones. - Configure applications, review test results, and guide clients through UAT. - Liaise between CSI, Apiture, and internal departments. - Communicate Apiture services and product functionality. - Provide go-live and post-implementation support. - Follow project methodology, risk management, and change control processes. Success Measures - Accurate data conversion and configuration. - On-time project delivery and milestone completion. - High customer satisfaction and successful go-live. - Effective communication with stakeholders. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. - High accountability, organization, and follow-through. Preferred Qualifications - Banking or financial services experience. - Project management or implementation experience. - Experience with AWS, Salesforce, SQL, or other technical tools. - FinTech or SaaS experience.
