We are seeking a Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to provide support to our members in Tennessee. This is a remote, work-from-home position that also requires travel within the community to visit members in their homes. Peer Recovery Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and are in varying phases of recovery. In this role, you would follow the Substance Use Disorder Program division of Mindoula's guidelines in planning care, assessing client needs, and completing screenings. You also would refer clients to resources as needed, and coordinate with the Substance Use Disorder Program team, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to provide quality care for our clients. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $20.67 - $22.12 per hour ($43,000 to $46,000 yearly).
