Role Description MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Clinical Training Specialist to lead physician education and training related to diagnostic equipment used in the Annual Wellness Program (AWP). This role is primarily responsible for ensuring affiliated physicians are confidently trained on AWP diagnostic testing, workflows, and equipment utilization through clear, consistent, and effective education. - Lead education and training in affiliated physician offices on diagnostic equipment and training workflows for the MDVIP Annual Wellness Program. - Develop and update supporting medical education materials. - Maintain a travel schedule of 80–90%, often requiring multi-day trips and flexibility with last-minute changes. - Install or verify installation of diagnostic equipment, if not completed in advance. - Evaluate new or alternative diagnostic equipment for the Wellness Program. - Review and interpret medical partner utilization data to ensure accuracy and compliance across AWP programs; provide clear insights and recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university. - Minimum three years of experience in healthcare or a medical field (e.g., medical assistant, nurse, clinical trainer). - Comfortable using hands-on teaching techniques to ensure proper use of medical devices. - Prior experience in a heavy travel role. - Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - Comfortable learning new software.
